BJP will make Puducherry `jewel of the country`, says Amit Shah at election rally

The Union Home Minister Amit Shah promised the people of Puducherry of reducing the unemployment rate to less than 40 percent in the Union Territory, if National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is to come in power in the upcoming elections polls.
