HC Dismisses Avantha Group Promoter Gautam Thapar’s Plea Challenging Arrest

Thapar was produced before the special judge, PMLA, after the expiry of statutorily mandated 24 hours period contrary to the provisions of law and he was remanded ED custody for a day.
