LG Manoj Sinha launches ‘Green J&K Drive’; 1.30 crore saplings to be planted across UT this year

As Jammu and Kashmir aims to plant 1.30 crore saplings this year, Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha launched ‘Green Jammu and Kashmir Drive-2021’ from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Jammu on Friday. The Lieutenant Governor planted a ‘cupressus’ sapling in the IIT Campus to mark the launch of this mega plantation drive.
