`Regrettable`: Union Minister slams Mamata for not lauding Centre for UNESCO`s Durga Puja honour

Union minister Meenakshi Lekhi said the UNESCO heritage tag for Durga Puja was possible due to the concerted effort of different central government departments and other stakeholders.
