RPF in Gujarat files FIR against unidentified owners of buffaloes hit by Vande Bharat express

The railway police have not yet been able to identify the owners of the buffaloes so far. The incident occurred in the Punitnagar area near Vatva railway station on the outskirts of Ahmedabad city.
